WOAS has decided to launch a challenge to the community for the contribution with ideas for human development in the world, the contest “An Idea, One Project and a Better World – 2010”. In this sense WOAS has defined the main theme Universal Education and the problem of asymmetries at the level of knowledge and learning among students from different countries of the world, where knowledge and its access should be a global right, regardless of social background, culture, Language, region or scheme / model of governance.
